Shipping Policy
During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button.
Orders placed before 1pm EST Monday - Friday will be delivered shipped the same day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be delivered the next business day.
When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within [timeframe] using [your shipping provider i.e. Canada Post's delivery standard is 2 - 7 days]. Flat rate shipping fee of $10 applies to orders shipping within the continental US. Optional: We do not ship outside the USA at this time.

Please contact info@lindersport.com (mailto:info@lindersport.com) with your order number and zip code for all return and exchange requests for step by step instructions on how to proceed.
*All returns and exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of the order delivery confirmation.
RETURNS
We accept the return of items that are unwashed, unworn, and unaltered with the original tags attached and accompanied by the original invoice for online orders within 14 days of the order shipment date for a full refund. The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs. Please allow up to 10-14 days for us to receive and process your return. You will receive an email notification upon the completion of return processing.
Any refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment used to make the purchase.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are accepted for items that are unwashed, unworn, and unaltered with the original tags attached and accompanied by the original invoice for online orders as long as it is for the same item (at the same price) in a different size or color. You must ship the item within 5 days of initiating the exchange online. The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs of the original item.
Linder Sport is not responsible for lost, misrouted, or damaged returns.
If your item is returned to us with dirt, debris (i.e. deodorant, excessive pet hair, etc.), or strong odor (i.e. fragrance, smoke) your item will be returned to you at your cost and considered final sale and non-returnable.
